Set securely at the bottom of this pendant is a good size princess cut created tanzanite. The created stone measures 6mm and is set point up with four prongs. The tanzanite has a medium/dark purple color with nice faceting. There are five tiny white diamonds set above the tanzanite in a V shape. The diamonds are set with rhodium plated prongs which makes them look larger then they are. There is a traditional bail at the top that is large enough to fit your favorite 2mm chain. This pendant measures just over 3/4" from top to bottom and 3/8" from side to side. The setting is solid yellow gold and is stamped 10K on the bail. I have cleaned the setting in the ultrasound. It was very well cared for and is in very good preowned condition. 1.3 grams. Great for every day or special occasions!
