This is a Madame Alexander 8" Wendy doll, specifically the "Wendy Salutes the Olympians" edition, item number 86005.
This doll was produced for only one year in 1996 as a limited edition, exclusively for the Madame Alexander Doll Club (MADC).
It is part of the Platinum Collection.
The doll is dressed in a patriotic American flag print dress and features a jeweled "USA" sash and a commemorative 1996 Olympic medal.
