This doll is one of the original "American Artists Collection" dolls. She is made from the finest porcelain slip produced by KAIS Inc in the USA, meticulously hand-painted and fired to perfection.
The texture of the porcelain is so incredibly fine and smooth that it feels like silk. They use only the finest wigs available, either 100% mohair or a lustrous synthetic fiber found on human wigs.
The radiant glass eyes they use are found on rare and costly antique dolls.
Her outfit was specially designed to show her unique features and characteristics, complete with genuine leather shoes.
Created and sculpted by world famous artist Janis Berard.
She is a all Kais full porcelain doll, that is fired at 2300 degrees,
delicately hand-painted and fired again to 1285 degrees. She is also 24”
She is a closed world-wide edition.
