The main ingredient in our Female support blend besides Ashitaba is the premier woman's Ayurvedic herb, Lady's Mantle.  Lady's Mantle is a beautiful perennial herb and one that I also grow in a special place in my garden. It is particularly used for issues involving the breast or abnormalities in the menses.  It is also best used on a consistent basis, 1-2 cups per day for the long term.
