Purchased "new" about 20 years ago and stored on a bookshelf at home ever since.
The cover has yellowing, scratches, stains, and folds.
The top and edges of the photo book itself have yellowing and small stains (see photos), but this does not affect the viewing of the photos.
I think it's in good condition considering its age.
