Released in 2017 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Christmas in the City collection.
Hand-painted with beautiful detail -- metal balconies, pearlized accents, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Tree lot accessory and clip-on light are missing.
Building in excellent condition. Metallic gold rooftop shows light oxidation (shown in last two photos). Box shows age/wear and light spots on back (shown in third to last photo).
