He moves his arms as if he is working on toys.
His arms are bendable, so you can situate them in different places.
He is in clean condition.
Issues:
1. The box is in crappy condition. Let me know if you'd like the original box still.
2. The marionette puppet velcro'd to his apron front is not the original puppet. Please see picture of actual one from box picture I took.
