Set has been built twice and the 2nd time only to verify the pieces are accounted for. While I did my best to verify (please see all images) and it appears everything is accounted for i can safely say that this set is 99.9% intact.
All minifigures and their accessories are present. This set is in really good condition.
Pricing is set competitively based on what I see on mercari and bricklink.
I will take this set apart very carefully and double bag all the pieces in ziplock bags.
