LEVIS Levi's EDIFICE Special Edition Black Denim

This year, 2023, marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of the original jeans, the "501(R)" model. Four brands, Journal Standard/EDIFICE/Journal Standard Relume/417 by Edifice, are releasing special edition models.

These exceptional pieces maintain the straight silhouette of the 501(R) while pursuing originality in details, processing, and size. The fabric uses 14.6oz 100% cotton.

The base colors are dark indigo and black, with gentle damage processing on the pocket openings and hems. Moderate vertical fading from the knees to the thighs and distressing along the side seams create a well-worn look.

While adhering to premium details such as the leather patch and the BIG "E" red tab, the most distinctive feature is the white bar tack on the right pocket, a new approach for the 501(R) and an iconic common detail of this collection.
