Plug in the UNI IR Learner into the RS-232 port of any PC, and the learner will read the IR code and store it in a device driver so you can use it to configure your Neets Control Systems, which then can control the IR device.
If you do not have a RS-232 port in your PC, we recommend that you use Neets USB to RS-232 Converter.
