Around 40 years ago, it seems my father collected these when he was a child.
They appear to be prizes from a wafer chocolate.
He apparently called them "sparkly" back then, and he jumped for joy when he got one ✨
Due to long-term storage, there is some soiling as shown in the photos.
I don't know much about it, so my explanation is poor, I apologize (^_^;)
