The skirt is about knee-length to just above-the-knee depending on if you lift it with thick petticoats or are tall, and is made from a soft 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex material. It is almost full circle, so that even when padded out with multiple petticoats, it still falls into attractive folds.
The waistbands are super-duper stretchy, so you can be pretty flexible when choosing a size.
Please only wash the skirt at a low temperature. Petticoats are not included.
