This is the ultimate condition for one of the most beautiful vintage holographic cards ever printed. The Japanese "Cosmos" foil pattern on these Neo-era cards is unmatched quality compared to English versions. With a population that is getting harder to find in a perfect 10, this is a serious investment piece for any collector.
