This is a men's tailored jacket, just as pictured. I've worn it a few times for casual wear over the past year.
The fabric texture is shown in the photos from the third image onwards. It's made of polyester, which is durable, but has a coarse weave and a glossy appearance.
Regarding the lining, as shown in the third image, there's lining only from the tips of the sleeves to the armholes; the rest of the back and sides are unlined.
Compared to a standard men's casual tailored jacket, this one is generally a more fitted size, with a feel similar to a women's suit, so please keep that in mind. It would likely fit someone between 160cm and 165cm tall.
