In overall very good, preloved condition. There is a tiny surface chip on one side and a minor scuff below it, towards the underside (both pictured)
As one of the five founding members of the American Art Therapy Association (AATA), Don Jones is recognized as a pioneer in his field.
He is known for his spherical and oval wheel thrown earthenware forms, surfaced to look like the sky. He achieves this effect through layering airbrushing with underglazes for color and clear glaze to seal.
