This is a Pauly CVM Murano glass twisted bead necklace. Spectacularly designed Italian classic jewelry with gold plated Roman style beads, genuine Venetian Murano glass beads, and Swarovski crystals. These beads are symmetrically laid down between European rhinestone rondelles, hand strung with gold tone capitol end caps.
The Pauly and Co. CVM (compagnia Venezia Murano) was founded in 1877. It won numerous awards at various World Exhibitions throughout the late 1800s and was identified with the highest echelons of European royalty until 2005. It discontinued business in 2016.
Hallmarks: PAULY CVM on the clasp.
