Rare vintage 80s UK only release Sea Friend Care Bear plush. Sea Friend is one of the most popular of the UK only bears & a must for any care bear fan building a vintage collection. As one of the first released bears, Sea Friend is at least 40 years old but this particular bear is in very good vintage condition. Bear’s fur is bright blue, soft, and almost like new. Eyes and nose are in great shape without scratches or nicks. The tummy symbol is almost perfect except for one slightly loose threat which is highlighted in one of the photos. It is barely noricable and buyer could remove it without changing the appearance of the emblem mist likely if desired, but since it is so minor and not a full pull, I did not do this myself as I sometimes do when giving bears a make over before sale. Hair curl is terrific with minimal to no frizz and well curled. The red tush heart’s logo is perfect, zero letters missing, not even partially. A previous did owner removed his white care tags in back.
