The cover plates are NOT official. The console is Region Free so it can play any game despite the Region Lock. The console's language is set to Japanese by default but can be changes to any supported language with research, The top screen has a couple marks that but aren't too noticeable when playing games. The select button gets stuck whenever you close the 3DS but if your press it once it'll go back to normal and is still functionable. Cartridge Slot still works but you might want to mess with it a bit to use a game cartridge. Console has marks like scratches and sign of use due to usage. Comes with an English copy of Super Smash Bros and a 128gb micro sd and a charger. Battery has been replaced with a brand new one. Other than that the 3DS itself works perfectly fine besides having restricted Online Access which could be fixed by researching.
