This is a fully restored frugal gourmet brass pepper grinder. Grinder is totally disassembled and refinished. I fully polish the outside only ,no chemicals or polish is used on the internal parts or body only cleaned with soap and water.
I restore these, if you have one you would like to have your s refinished. (Check my other listings) This one is beautiful, only one flaw is you can see the seem line on the top canister (see pics) doesn’t affect any functionality of the grinder . Which is why it’s a lower price. I normally sell them for $149.99 with no blemishes.
I have been collecting these for years and love them … they are the best pepper grinder in my opinion. They also make excellent coffee grinders. I have been using mine since 1992 still works as good as the day I got it
These were sold in the late 80’s early 90’s as Jeff Smith would promote them on his cooking TV show “the frugal gourmet” on PBS.
