Richard Tam ll brocade Lurex maxi dress 60's

You will truly be stunned by this museum quality vintage 1960's maxi dress! Truly a sterling example of the original designs of the times and a brilliant example of Richard Tam's creative impulses. The dress carries a slit from waist to ankle providing a peak at what might be an exquisite velvet ankle pant, or hot pant in your choice of colors. That item would be bought separately since the sale is for the dress only. There is no designer tag, only the union tag of the era. I have placed a photo showing a different dress from the same line as proof of authenticity. The size is 16 1/2 with a chest size of 42" and a length of 55". Overall mint condition, only need to replace a hook and eye closure at the very top of the dress. There are also a few stitches missing on the hem, very easy fix.. Thank you for viewing!
