This is a vintage or antique wine tasting cup called a Tastevin.
Very decorative indented circles and lines with a cup loop and thumb rest.
Very good overall condition.
The thumb rest polishes very well. The exterior maybe be able to be polished more. The interior has use wear and may be limited in polishing.
This is marked L.S.M. on the bottom. Exact maker not known.
Appears to be silver plated.
