These are a purpleish in color, they are used, but are in pretty good condition. They could use a cleaning. I don’t have the proper solution to clean them so I’m not gonna try because I don’t wanna ruin them. There are a couple spots that I know would come off with the proper solution.. now I don’t see the tags. I’m not sure if my daughter tore it off or whatever happened to it.. but I’m pretty sure they are a size 5 in kids, but could be a 4 1/2. She was about 11-12 when she got these. I would say if your kid is a 4 1/2 they would definitely fit with room to Spare. I measured the inside which is tough to do, but I’m getting 8 1/2 to 9 inches. I would say more on the 9 inch side. Please examine the photos before you purchase so you are aware of the condition.. thank you
