Mens' size extra large LL Bean barn coat. I believe tag dates it to about 1990s, so may be considered vintage. It does show signs of wear, but this coat is fabulous as is!
Coat features removable flannel liner in excellent condition, and corduroy trim. Note cuffs do not have to be worn folded back,
I didn't note any holes or dry rot, but there are signs of use. I included photographs of light spots (love the classic wear in the middle where it was regularly unbuttoned!).

-Middle row of buttons - lighter area in the khaki
- Right sleeve - slight spots on side of sleeve
-Outside of pocket right side - dark and light spots
-Left sleeve - light spots in one area
-Outside of left pocket area - light spots
Shoulder seam to end of cuff (not rolled up to show corduroy) - 24.5"
Armpit to armpit across laying flat measures 27"
Bottom of back of collar to end of hem - 32.5"
