Measurements are 29” but I’m at size 27/28 usually and these are TIGHT. As you can see, they fit me but I can barely move lol. They are very rigid denim so not much give - I would ESTIMATE that these are best for a true size 27 maybe even a larger 26/27. They are the perfect straight leg jean and I really love them so much so I will not be open to lowball offers! Message me with any questions.
