Good vintage condition. My grandmother made this and she was an excellent seamstress. Three snap closure. The snaps may need to be reinforced with a few stitches eventually. Size XL is based on chest measurement - please double check measurements in photos to confirm fit. Feels like a cotton/poly blend but I can't be sure.
