The Warehouse 403 is a classic sweatshirt that Warehouse has been making since its founding. The rare 1940s set-in freedom sleeve (set-in shoulders, freedom sleeves from the armpits) detail is a specification that takes into consideration ease of movement, following the trend of sportswear. 8-count thread is used for the neck's swing thread, and to ensure the thread can withstand the fabric's stretching, the thread is swung on both the front and back sides. The body fabric, knitted on a loopwheel knitting machine, is tubular (seamless sides), but this model also has tubular cuffs and hem ribs (seamless). This requires a dedicated tubular knitting machine for the cuffs and hem ribs, and knitting machines suitable for each size are used. From the operation of the loopwheel knitting machine to the cutting and sewing of the knitted fabric, everything must be managed by skilled craftsmen, making it extremely difficult to produce in modern times. This is a flagship item of Warehouse.
